Used to be so convenient with walk in hours. A couple months ago, new office management took over and made everything much less convenient. I used to be in and out in less than 25 minutes and could show up anytime during injection hours.

I used to like this office, Doctor and Nurse Practitioner are both nice. A few months ago they stopped giving walk in allergy shots. You now have to make an appointment and we make ours a month ahead. Very inconvenient when you could just stop in before. Also, now you aren’t able to pay until your 20 min wait is up after shots. Why?? They had no good reason when I asked. Lots of changes and new staff.

I have been coming to this office for many years and have always been happy until now. The office manager either qutt or was fired. My daughter had a very bad allergic reaction while at the office and was given an epi pen injection. After a 20 min wait she was allowed to drive home. No emergency contact call was given. She was not in any shape to drive home. I am disappointed I was not contacted. I called when I found out what happened I was told by the office manager I would receive a call back when she knew the detailed. After many calls and no reply I found out she was no longer at the office and my daughters medicine had been thrown out. I asked to speak to the manager and that’s when I was told she was no longer at the office. I asked to speak to the doctor to find out why the medication was thrown away and we were not contacted I was told I’d have to pay another office visit to speak to the doctor. I then contacted corporate to let them know our medicine had been thrown away and no communication was given to us even though I was calling the office weekly. Corporate office assured me that was not the protocol for medication to be thrown away and customers to not be communicated with he told me he would get to the bottom of this and get back with me on what he could do. It took me three weeks and three phone For anyone at corporate to return my call. He told me I have no idea why my messages are not getting back to me but I will fix this. To date nothing has been fixed I’m not even sure the doctor knows what has happened to us. Multiple phone calls and zero communication. I’m sure a lot of this has to do with no office manager but customers should not be the one to take the fall for no communication or office management

You will not give a better allergist in the greater Cincinnati area! Dr Keitel is exceptional! He is genuine and cares very much for his patients. He stays current on all new allergy and asthma studies and information. He always searches to find me the best prices on my medications. He has been able to answer every question I have had in the past 10 years. He is literally a life saver.
