Our implement always sterilize all tools and supplies after each use, along with incorporating a one-time-use disposable liner, files, buffers and sponge used during your services. Each customer gets tools sterilized and gets one time use pedicure liner to prevent the spread of bacteria, fungus and infectious disease. Good Hygiene is our work everyday!

Went in for a pedicure and I was less than enthused about my experience. The mini-table attached to the chairs & seat remotes were very dirty and could easily be wiped off. I almost walked out then with how dirty it felt. The staff weren’t rude necessarily, but didn’t smile or try engaging in conversation. They got the job done, but I will not be going back.

Today was my first to Hetana, but it won’t be my last. It was the BEST nail salon I’ve found in the DFW area. (And I’ve been to a bunch!) I was near Grapevine for a dr visit and booked an appt here based off the excellent reviews. I could not be more pleased! My nail tech (I forgot to ask her name, sadly) was wonderful. She took so much care to make sure the length and shape were exactly what I wanted. She kept asking if I was happy with my nails. The staff was very friendly, and the location had a fun atmosphere. I will gladly make the 30 minute drive from home to get my nails done here from now on.

Excellent service and attention to detail in the execution. A small family owned business that’s brand new and already making an impact. They have an autoclave for esterilization which is something I had never seen in a nail salon not even the super fancy ones. That alone, makes a huge difference for me. Highly recommended
