The owner Paul is the nicest man you will ever meet & he goes out of his way to make you feel very welcome. Rinad is my hairstylist & she is sooo FABULOUS at cutting & coloring my hair. She’s the best hairstylist I have ever had, she’s EXCELLENT, Fast & also just a wonderful person. I think all the people Paul hires there are great, because I see nothing but quality, every time I’m there. You can tell everyone truly likes working there because it’s a very nice atmosphere. This is one of the best salons ever! The owner Paul is the nicest man you will ever meet & he goes out of his way to make you feel very welcome. Rinad is my hairstylist & she is sooo FABULOUS at cutting & coloring my hair. She’s the best hairstylist I have ever had, she’s EXCELLENT, Fast & also just a wonderful person. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBob did my hair :(. Not sure which was worse–his inability to cover gray or his belittling attitude. Master stylist for $85–ha! He didn’t put anything on my skin to prevent staining till I said smthg. He slapped on some pomade, which crumbled off. It always takes 20 min to put on the dye. He put A TON on & in 10 min only. I had it in my ears, on forehead. Then he did a very simple blow-dry, w no product, till I asked for smthg. Got home, & gray wasn’t even covered! It was obvious, don’t know how he didn’t say anything! I went bk wk later when he was avail, but smthg came up & 1st thing he said to me was I’d have to leave w wet hair, he had ‘an appt at his house.’ I couldn’t believe it. Paul just confirmed few hrs b4. Told him I just drove half-hr, don’t live close. He said it takes half-hr to get anywhere. He only let it process 23 min, I said smthg, but he insisted. He said the color was perfect. Got home, & gray still showing as it’s way too light, &, I had dye at base of neck in hair that he didn’t wash out. Also, at 1st appt I told him I put color spray just at the front by forehead to cover roots, as I pull hair bk in a clip, rest was gray. Yet he had the nerve to tell me it was my fault the color didn’t take (on the whole head). Wow. Upsetting experienceS, & just b4 Xmas, 2. Never again.Bob did my hair :(.
