(UPDATE) I have been coming here for almost a year now. I drive 45 mins to come to this studio. I have referred and also brought new clients to the establishment. My last appointment I wasn’t too happy with but it was a new girl so I didn’t give it too much importance. But my daughter had an appointment that she couldn’t make for personal reasons so she called the Studios two or three hours before her appointment to reschedule )which she did) however they charged her $70.50 cancellation fee….I was shocked!! This is no way to do business nor how you retain clients. I gave them the opportunity to make it right but they chose not to, which is fine. Those $70 will be the last $$ I spend there. We go every 4-5 weeks and spend over $200 every time. I will just take our business and the people that I referred, elsewhere.

Great experience after my first visit! I would definitely recommend. The price is very reasonable for waxing in the area. I did a brow wax and tint and I love how my brows turned out! Amanda takes her time with her clients- it’s a really, relaxing spa like experience. The waxing was painless and if you look at all the clients photos, the brow tints turn out great! Furthermore, it’s appointment only and it’s very clean there.
