I originally had an appt with another salon but my hairstylist had to cancel. I tried a cpl local salons and they either were closed or the other one couldn’t fit me in. I called Strands and the owner said she had a cancelation. I stopped by the salon and showed the manager a cpl pics of the color and cut I wanted. She booked me for 2 pm. The hair stylist I had was Renee. She was phenomenal. We hit it off and had a lot in common. I had June who finished with my hair by cutting it. She was phenomenal as well! They were so easy to talk to. I felt “at home.” I felt comfortable. I have never felt at home at any hair salon before. I felt like just another paying customer. My hair turned out way better than the pics I showed the girls! I will definitely be back! And I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND STRANDS! thank you again for great customer service and for making me feel so AT HOME!

I received best haircut in my life here. My stylist was incredible and so professional. My hair was looking so fresh my boss scheduled me for more shifts just to see it! People stopped me in traffic to ask where I got my hair done… I have to beat the women away with a stick, and tell them I’m married. I’m pretty sure even the neighbors dog likes me more.

Went in to see Renae to get my color done. Wanted something new for the New Year. She disagreed with what I wanted and said I should go a few shades darker blonde. I said ok and I was pretty open to anything. Well, she kept me turned away from the mirror as it proceeded and styled afterward. Also kept asking if I wanted anything cut off. When she was completed my hair was DARK BROWN. Renae said it should lighten up and we could add some highlights in a few weeks. Seemed she was trying to rush me out as her next customer was coming in. Figured I would give it a shot and paid and left. When I got home I noticed she didn’t even color all the grey in the front and it seem to be getting darker. My daughter noticed a slight green cast to it also. The next morning it was very dull and dark with a definite green tone. Used color remover to try and fix some of the damage. Will definitely not be going back.
