I was able to get in with Tami right away, she only works there on Wednesday. I found her after many years of not knowing where she was at. She did an amazing job!! Beyond my expectations. The place is very calming and pretty. I was there many hours and it was completely worth it!! I highly recommend Tami. She bleached my hair and put a purple hue in it with a darker peekaboo. She also layered it and it is way easier to manage and style cute. I didn’t take a pic immediately and I should have. I absolutely love it!!! I’ve had stylist tell me they wouldn’t do a platinum on me, but she dove right in and got it perfect. It is a work in progress with only better results next time. There is no yellow or orange. Had an appointment today at 1015. The stylist called me over 15 minutes after my scheduled time. She asked me what I wanted and then quickly washed my hair. I was in her chair all of 20 minutes. She didn’t ask me how I liked my cut or if I wanted to change anything. I couldn’t believe she was done when she pulled the cape off me. She clearly squeezed me in while she was coloring someone else’s hair. It felt like I was a burden to her and she just wanted to do the quickest job she could. The cut is okay but it’s something I could have gotten at Great Clips for half the price. This salon is not very welcoming. I won’t be returning when I need another cut in a few weeks because she clearly did not trim everything that needed to be taken off.

As a hairstylist of 50 years experience, reading some of these reviews , I would highly recommend the owner do some revamping of her salon. I would highly suggest some extra training. I have been a trainer in my career, and it is very helpful. This salon would highly benefit from training in haircutting and customer service. I have kept many clients for 40 years plus, because of my expertise and great customer service.

Ashley Schaefer does awesome and always manages to work me and my daughter in even on fairly short notice. We both have very short hair so it don’t take her long but it’s still nice that she goes above and beyond always for us! Not too mention she does a great job! We have fun funky hair and she nails it!

Worst company ever!!!!!! I paid for bundle for the laser in advance only got one treatment done and was told the machine was broken for over 3 months. Any person who has EVER gotten a laser done knows that you need to be consistent with it for it to work. 3 months out finally got another appointment to be told I was canceled once again. Customer service is horrible and still haven’t received my money back. By the way I have burns on my arm pit because the girl didn’t do it right! Will probably be seeking legal options now cause I’m out 1000 dollars. DO NOT GO HERE !!! -SAMANTHA

Saturday June 24th, I had a appointment. This my first time trying this salon and when I walked in I waited at the reception desk. Two stylists didn’t even acknowledge I was there. The third person very rude “who are you here to see” I told her and in her snarky attitude told me the person I had an appointment with is finishing up have a seat and she walked away.
