My son need a redo on his hair cut that was literally botched by another barber. I didn’t think there was any thing that could be done; until I met Mike at the Fun House barber shop. Mike took us right away(I think he heard the desperation in my voice), the shop was clean and has a cool eclectic fun house vibe and Mike has an infectious personality. Lastly, Mike saved the day and my son’s hair cut was restored and he was fly for his prom.

So you just got to LA or even maybe you’ve been in LA and still can’t find that combination of Culture, Substance, flavor, current events/entertainment conversations, LA energy and of coarse barbers who are nice and Precise with the clippers… This that one! I’ve seen the pickiest of picky Guys including myself get the satisfaction they want. I’m not even a blogger but I noticed your last cut was slightly off…. Lol. Let me tell you The Fun House Barber Shop is the place to go if you are looking for the freshest haircut of your life. If you been looking for a barber or need a cut for yourself or your child Mike is the man you can lay your full trust in. From the beginning to end you will experience his artistic craft of providing you with an exceptional haircut. I myself have been guilty in the past with other barbers looking over your shoulder to check out the haircut. But with Mike you will never even need to do that nor would you ever need to look at the mirror when you are done. I myself have heard others in the shop say the same thing this is how great Mike is you don’t even need to pass us the mirror to see the final cut. A little back story on myself as a client I started to go to Mike when I was just starting hs and now Ive since graduated college and Mike will remain my barber till this day. I WILL GO WEEKS without until I get the time and chance to get a cut by Mike. There is no other Barber in California like Mike and I stand by that. Whatever hair style you may have or texture you have Mike can do it all. Im extremely blessed to have a barber like Mike. As soon as you walk in you are greeted like family and as soon as you sit in the chair you will experience great conversation as well. I have to say this as well one thing that sets Mike aside from barbers I had in the past is that Mike takes the time to get to know each and every client that walks in. I had a great experience at the barber shop. I was able to call the barber Mike and make an appointment. When I got to the shop, I didn’t have to wait long to receive service and I was happy with the relaxed environment of the shop. It had a good vibe and all of the barbers were welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the different programming he had on the TV’s and the barbershop conversation was entertaining. Most, importantly my haircut was on point. Mike was able to follow my haircut requests, and made sure I was fully happy with the results. Loft La Brea doesn’t have the type of barbers that hate listening to the customers. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments since I started going here.
