So I walked into get my hair cut and the ladies said over the phone that if I signed in before close I’d be good so i signed in about 30 minutes before closing. When I walked in about 15 mins later I was treated to the rudest service and a careless barber who didn’t care about what I wanted. I asked for a fade and she just started cutting with the 1, said it would “blend”. Anyways after being super uncomfortable the whole time the ladies around were swearing and whatever. The haircut was like a 5/10 and I won’t lie i definetly got clowned because of it. I’d only go here again if it was the last option frfr.

The other three times he’s gone we’re with different ladies and they all have cut his hair so horrible and uneven. I’m sorry, but I’ve now waited over a month for a possible miracle. I went to the manager Rachel with a photo. I’ve often varied my bangs from long to short with my long curly hair. She dampened my long bangs and chopped them. Even when I asked if she needed to look at the photo again, she said no. She didn’t offer to dry or style my hair for an additional fee. My bangs were near the length of the rest of my hair, which was close to my waste. She said I would have to cut the rest of my hair to get the bang look I was going for (?). Inches were chopped off, yet nothing resembles what I showed her. The sides are uneven on both sides (dramatically shorter than the front & unbalanced with each other with obvious chops my daughter could have done on the right). I’ve gone to another stylist with the same photo, that said portions of these new bangs will have to grow out before the shag bang look I asked for is possible. Her customer service needed a good 10min to warm up as well. I’m a bit baffled how she’s the manager and is referred when calling about a stylist that knows long hair.

Today was our first visit and we will not be returning. I took my 12 yr old son to get a haircut. I told the lady to ONLY do a 1 on the sides and DO NOT cut the top. My son wanted to keep the length. I look over and she is trimming the top. I asked why she was cutting his hair and her response was he told me to. Which was a lie!! So we left with my son having half his hair trimmed and the other side full length. She didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. I don’t remember her name but she had arm tattoo. The fact she blamed my son for her mistake was just ridiculous.
