I had such great expectations after reading the reviews for this salon. Long story short after my cut my stylist never showed me the back of my hair so naturally I assumed it looked great and happily left with a smile. After arriving home my hubby of all people remarked how bad my hair looked and took a pic for me… the photo says it all. The nerve of my stylist to actually charge me and even book a color with me after hacking my hair. I’m at a loss for words, a 2 yr old with a clippers could do better.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo not go here for a massage! I went in this morning for a massage and walked out after hurting worse then I did when I went in.I have been told to go and a a massage 4 times a year due to lower back pain. I came to Uspa since they had an opening and my usually place was booking 2 months out. This was the first and only time I will ever go there!I let them know about my lower back pain and to focus on it. Near the end I was almost crying since it was hurting so bad when ever I moved. The woman asked me about whether I felt better I told her NO and it hurts worse. She said sorry!Also, each time she would work on an area she would slap that area when she was done. I have had massages for more years then I can count and I have never had anything like this. Would not even recommend for a bad dog!Do not go here for a massage! Best staff! Friendly! Extremely good with kids! Easy to get into and on-time service! I’ve been going here for 8 years. Nick has the patience of a saint! He is so good with small children! Angela is fantastic for facials and waxing! The entire reception group is polite, friendly, and accommodating! I recommend U Spa to all of my friends!
