The girls who work here are always rude and very unprofessional. I tried to give them opportunities before writing a review, but they act like it’s the end of the world when you walk in to come tan. They never smile and NEVER make you feel welcomed. Worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to. I only go to this location when I HAVE to. Yesterday when my friend walked in they “rolled” off the couch and made a big sigh noise. Super disrespectful. Always sitting on the counters or couch. They need to be fired.

I couldn’t find a number/email for the manager – so instead I’ll leave a positive review! I came in super late, just minutes before close, and was pleasantly surprised with how nice employee Lauren was! Thanks girl! Good staff!

Took my kiddo for her first spray tan (for her 8th grade dance) at Palm Beach Tan. We aren’t regular customers so we needed an education on all the options and help choosing a shade. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. They helped my kiddo choose a shade perfect for her skin, walked her through the whole process, and gave her advice on how to care for the tan after the treatment was complete. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful from start to finish.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe person I believe to have been the “district manager” was very unprofessional and rude when I was there. Only reason I’m giving this two stars and not one is because the girl who helped me, Kaylie, was the best and such a pleasure to be helped by.Service: Tanning

The girls that work here need customer service training. I know they are young and still learning but everytime I call or come in they act as if it is an inconvenience. The last time I spray tanned there wasn’t any color in the system. Record their calls and let them listen to how rude they come across when someone calls to ask a question. I took my business back to Planet Tan, worth the drive.

This is honestly the worst Palm Beach location I have been to. Staff does not know what they are doing. I don’t know how hard it is to check someone in to tan but they make it seem like rocket science. Also lazy. My bed finally became available and instead of the staff member cleaning it they walked away to the other side of the salon then came back and sat on the computer and still did not clean my bed.

This is by far my favorite place to tan in Flower Mound. Lauren and the staff is always so friendly and helpful and the pricing is pretty reasonable. Lauren is the best!! Great customer service! She should get a raise!!!
