To start the receptionist was so incredibly friendly. She addressed all of my questions over the phone, greeted me walking in, and printed the brochure for me to take home (which I asked for). The second you step into the spa you get the instant sense of calming…between the scents, scenery, and music. The spa is incredible clean. The table was warmed to make the massage more comfortable. They used numerous hot towels and essential oils throughout the massage. My masseuse was Amanda. She saw that I signed up for a deep tissue massage and she made sure I knew what I signed up for lol. It was an intense massage for sure but it was oh so worth it. I already feel so much better. I also did an add on… The scalp massage. Don’t miss out…it was so worth it. Best way to explain it…Tingle inspiring for sure. I came here because my normal masseuse cancelled last minute. The W spa was able to get me in next day and I called at 7pm. Kudos to their great service! I will definitely come back and I would recommend Amanda for a massage!

Booked a massage for myself and my mom with Amanda and she was the best! So patient and attentive to any requests we had. Ambiance was definitely high class and well thought out. Front reception was patient and prepared when we walked in. Appreciate the work you all do to make our first experience great!

I would give 0 stars if it allowed me to. I made an appointment for a massage. I show up for my appointment hand the receptionist my gift card, which was a paper gift card not a credit card gift card. I leave and get a call 3 hours after my appointment telling me that my gift card was not valid. I am not sure how a gift card I physically have in my hand was no good. I was told by the receptionist that my gift card was used in August and told by the manager that it was used in December. I was told by the manager that I should of asked if my gift card had any money left on it. It was for a 60 minute massage not a monetary amount. I said why didn’t the receptionist tell me when she entered my gift card in their system that it was invalid. They don’t know everyone’s financial situation. Personally I wasn’t expecting to spend $90 on a massage,I thought I had a free one! So after speaking with the manager she told me she was going to send me a bill. I feel it was a mistake on their part especially since I was told the gift card was used twice previously. The manager then went and called the police on me! If anyone decides to go to this place and use a gift card please ask ahead of time it it’s good!

The office is nice, clean and great products available. I made an appointment for a facial. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience and would not recommend to anyone looking to get a facial. Staff that was on that day was also a bit unprofessional talking about other staff members at the front desk where you could hear everything that was being said. It made for an uncomfortable wait.

I’ve been going to Andrea for eyebrow waxing for over 8 years. She always by far exceeds my expectations. The W spa has a very friendly and calming environment. I just had a facial by Kristie and it was amazing. My skin was glowing for days after and I am going back in a few weeks for another facial with her. Kristie also does waxing. And while your there don’t forget to book a massage with Michelle! She is amazing! Massages at the W Spa are the best around. They massage your scalp and face, use essential oils and hot towels. These extra touches truly make for a relaxing massage. My loyalty stays at The W Spa because they have been consistent for years.

I came in for a spray tan and waxing with Veronica and found my experience to be truly amazing. She made me feel very comfortable during my services and did such an amazing job. If you are looking for a spray tan that leaves you with a glowy, natural bronzed finish then this is the perfect place to go. I will definitely be coming back as a regular and highly recommend it!!

Have been going to The W spa since they opened but haven’t been in years. Decided to come in for a eyebrow wax, tint, eyelash tint and lift as well as a spray tan! Being pregnant it’s nice to be able to treat yourself to feel your best and with everything being 100% organic it was a well deserved day!

I have been going to Andrea for my eyebrows for 13 years! I wouldn’t go to anyone else, the whole team at the w spa is so warm and inviting and they truly CARE about the results! Andrea had fixed my eyebrows for me even after I go off and ruin them on my own, she is an angel and I always look forward to seeing her and having some quality me time at the w spa, if you are nervous to get your eyebrows or anything else waxed GO TO THE W SPA!!! You won’t regret it! I will never go anywhere else I am so greatful for Andrea and the w spa!

I really wanted to like this place as it came highly rated from a friend. I made an appointment for eyelash extensions for my wedding and they looked beautiful….for 72 hours. I was missing the whole corner of my eye for my wedding day. I was devastated.
