I had liked the shop, they do just fine cutting hair. However I made an appointment for first slot of the day (8:00am). I walked in at 8 exactly and found someone in the chair and 4 other people waiting. I figured no big deal, they’ll call me first since I made an appointment. Negative. All 4 were called before me. Why even take appointments?
