Positive: ProfessionalismAnna does a wonderful job for both Men and Women. She does well with children’s hair, as well. She is polite, takes time to please her customers and comes to work ready to go. Everyone who gets out of her chair looks superb! The only downside is that she is so good, she is in great demand.

Positive: QualityFirst time, just did a walk-in, only had to wait about 20 minutes. Had never met the stylist before but I showed her a picture of what I was going for and she did the rest. She did a great job, will be going back.Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in, was not greeted at all, no idea i needed to be checked in or online. So I kept waiting and 2 other groups of people walked in and every single one of them were greeted and asked if they had appointment or checked in already. I did the online thing because I realized after they spoke to everyone there but me I needed to do this. The wait was 76 mins that’s insane. Anyways I ended up walking out from the long wait and being treated so poorly. I’m sure they are short staff like everywhere but greet people and tell them about the wait. Walked in, was not greeted at all, no idea i needed to be checked in or online. So I kept waiting and 2 other groups of people walked in and every single one of them were greeted and asked if they had appointment or checked in already.
