Boyfriend went in for a haircut and had a good amount of length all over. Asked for a bit off the top and a fade on the sides. Normally, when people have a lot of hair the stylist will cut a small amount and ask if more should be taken off. Instead, the stylist picked up the hair on the top and immediately cut it about 1/2 inch above the scalp. She then proceeded to give him a buzz cut and poorly attempt to fade the sides. There were three distinct lines and no appearance of fading, and the lines were even crooked. Only took her about 3 minutes to do the whole haircut and it showed. Extremely disappointing.

I just wanted to go ahead and retract my old review as well as change my rating to a five star. Although, I had a bad experience last time, the staff at this location went out of their way to make sure my second experience was much better. The manger reached out to me and put a credit on my account and the owner made an effort as well. I came in here today and got an amazing haircut and a very friendly and professional stylist called Elizabeth. My hair never looked better. Will definitely be coming back here again. Keep up the good work guys
