i won’t be going here again. my nail tech was constantly throwing things at the other techs, and made me bleed multiple times. they aren’t very professional and take so much longer than other places i go to. attached is the inspo picture i provided and the outcome!

Went in expecting the worst since I normally go to Sioux City. To keep things short, I was SHOCKED at not only the amazing service, but also the care and extra steps these wonderful people took to make my nails look awesome. Definitely coming back for my fill.

Very friendly service, it is easy to get an appointment and if you are a repeat customer they remember your name. That makes me feel cared about.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWalked in asking for acrylic set I had to be taken off and to paint my natural nails shellac. They filed down the paint and proceeded to try to fill my nails with acrylic. I stopped them and asked why they were not doing what I had asked and the nail tech called another tech to remove the acrylic set. They ripped the product off my natural nails and did not file it off or soak them what so ever. I then was told to choose a color and the original tech came back painted my nails in gel not in shellac and was having trouble putting a cat eye within the middle of the nail with the magnet. The other nail tech came to my station a total of three other times showing my tech how it was supposed to be done. Every time see had messed up the design she reapplied the color and I now have thick nails with unneeded product build up and stress of the whole situation. Then I was charged a $15 removal fee a $15 paint job with gel instead of shellac a $5 design fee I did not know was not included when I asked to be shown only shellac colors without designs. I asked for my four year old daughter to also have shellac painted on her nails and was charged $15. I am so tired of them not explaining charges before hand, have new techs work without letting the client know that they are inexperienced, and don’t get me started on the language barrier! How am I supposed to explain what I what and understand my tech if we both don’t understand each other? I’m going to get a service that I would like to explain what I want without problems and if their are problems be aware of them ahead of time. Everyone is different and a full service can’t always be done by hand signals and showing a picture. My nails also looked awful in my opinion. Some might not think this way but I wasn’t happy to spend money on something that I didn’t like or want. I’m thankful it isn’t permanent but I know better now and will not return to this location.Service: Gel manicuresWalked in asking for acrylic set I had to be taken off and to paint my natural nails shellac. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI always come here for manicures and my mom always gets a pedicure. My manicures are always so poorly done. The last two times I’ve went I had a nail break after a day, and they never follow the design I show. The last time my mom went she somehow ended up with nail polish on the bottom of her foot! And shes had several times where the polish would be all over the place. I used to love coming here but I’m finding somewhere else to goServices: Pedicure, ManicureI always come here for manicures and my mom always gets a pedicure. My manicures are always so poorly done. We got pedicures while we were there. They did a great thorough job. their prices were a little higher than when I was used to in Sioux City $25 for a regular pedicure $38 for a deluxe. But the deluxe did come with a lot more than most deluxe pedicures in town so I highly recommend it! My daughter was hoping that they would have a kid’s pedicure chair but they didn’t be the only bad side

Critical: Quality, ValueMy nail tech did not paint the sides of my nail and left a gap at the top of the nail on every finger. I chose a magnetic polish and my tech attempted using the magnet for one nail, gave up, and didn’t even try on the rest. Why offer magnetic polish if you’re not going to use the magnet? At the end of my manicure she filed my nails again after the color was put on which will make the polish chip faster! I also have way too much polish on my actual skin. I had to stand at the sink and scrub my skin to get the hardened polish off. It was obvious my tech wasn’t confident in what she was doing and instead of asking for help she just kept going leaving me with a horrible manicure. Also don’t have your client wash their hands after you apply lotion.Service: ManicureMy nail tech did not paint the sides of my nail and left a gap at the top of the nail on every finger.
