I originally went to remove my old gel nails and get new gel nails. The lady cutting my cuticles cuts me THREE TIMES and does not apologize. When she cut me I flinched and she didn’t do anything, one finger even started to bleed pretty bad. After that, I obviously didn’t want to get my nails done. The only good thing out of this is that I spoke with another employee working who was understanding and I got a full refund (I didn’t get his name but I think he is the one in charge).

I went here to have my previously applied (out of state) acrylic gel nails removed and a manicure. This is the first time getting my nails done that the nail technician hasn’t snagged my cuticle with the dremel-like instrument. She was very gentle during the entire process. She and a coworker stayed late to finish up my nails and another customer so that was appreciated. My new polish did start chipping after only a day, but I think the polish was old or maybe applied too thickly. Regardless, because she stayed late and no pain was inflicted, I will return for future services.

1st time here and I’ll mever be back! You walk in they don’t offer you anything let alone let you know what there prices are. Asked and he never answered me. The lady which I believe is his wife is rude and you ask her questions & she just looks at you. Ridiculous! Don’t waste your money or time here
