I’ve never had my hair cut curly and the experience was amazing. I came in with dry, frizzy hair and walked out with beautiful, nourished curls. Christo not only cut my hair, he taught me how to re-create them when I return home. The Christo products are amazing and leave my hair healthy. I also loved that my length remained. What surprised me is that my natural, copper color can finally be seen (see pics) Now instead of constantly wearing my hair in a ponytail, I’m wearing my beautiful curls down for all the world to see. Anna was my stylist and she made me feel at ease, from the moment I sat in the chair. While many salons claim to know how to deal with curly hair, Christo really has all the secrets and knowledge. He’s a curl magician and genius. If there was a curly-haired club, he would undoubtedly be our leader. I already knew he was the best, but this was reaffirmed when I recently took my mom to see him. She thought there was nothing that could be done to repair her hair. Like mine, it is thin, but she was also convinced that she was balding and nothing could help her. Her transformation was jaw dropping. Christo not only performed a miracle with the cut and color, but he also took the time to walk her through a hair routine, documenting the steps, and teaching her how to style it. Curly people of the world rejoice and make an appointment pronto… Christo is your person!

During my appt I not only got a BEAUTIFUL reshaping but also received a re-education on how to take care of my hair. I visited Christo Fifth Avenue for the first time last week and i had the privilege of seeing Anna as my stylist who did an AMAZING job on my haircut and my curls came out so defined and bouncy from her styling which is so hard for me to find somebody who understand my curly hair and I’m so happy long and behold i’ve found my savior. Christo has been styling my hair since I was 15 years old and 20+ years later I still only go to Christo for my hair, including my wedding and through my pregnancies (his products are safe and perfect for pregnancy and postpartum curls!) It is always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff is friendly and professional.
