Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityUpdate 2022- I paid for a 90 minute massage a couple of days ago! I expected it to be great. The person servicing me showed up 20 minutes after I showed up and rushed me into the room. Two children with her were watching children’s tv the whole time that I could hear very well, she left the room on two separate occasions, her child CAME IN the room at one point to talk to her. So unprofessional! I asked her to lighten up twice because I was in pain and I ended up crying cause it hurt so bad, she said she thought “I needed it.” That’s not your decision to make! Three days later areas of my back that she overworked are sore and painful. The timer for my massage went off for at least 5 minutes straight (she didn’t stop it), and my feet did not get done. Won’t be back and unhappy to have paid so much for a horrible unprofessional massage :(Very comfortable waiting room, super friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, I felt safe knowing everything was disinfected. The masseuse made sure I was ok with the pressure and every so often if I moved oddly. She really worked hard to get knots and tightness out. I got hot rocks and a towel towards the end. Update 2022- I paid for a 90 minute massage a couple of days ago! I expected it to be great. The person servicing me showed up 20 minutes after I showed up and rushed me into the room. Two children with her were watching children’s tv the whole time that I could hear very well, she left the room on two separate occasions, her child CAME IN the room at one point to talk to her. I also feel pamperedafterward. The people there are always super nice and friendly, plus hard working. I book a 60 minutes treatment and they work non-stop for a solid 60 minutes. I had an impingementon my left shoulder for 2 years and that really helped. Their price is reasonable. I usually get the package deal. I have been a customer of the spa for a long time. I sometimes have a back problem and it really helps each time when I have a massage treatment. I also feel pamperedafterward. The people there are always super nice and friendly, plus hard working. I book a 60 minutes treatment and they work non-stop for a solid 60 minutes. I had an impingementon my left shoulder for 2 years and that really helped. Their price is reasonable. I usually get the package deal. We both were very happy with our treatment. We got combination massages. They asked what areas we’d like to focus on. In addition to treating the focus areas, they treated other areas we also have chronic pain. The prices were very reasonable. My boyfriend and I were looking for a couples massage. Plainsboro Massage Spa was super accommodating in fitting us in on the same day we called. We both were very happy with our treatment. We got combination massages. They asked what areas we’d like to focus on. In addition to treating the focus areas, they treated other areas we also have chronic pain. The prices were very reasonable.
