Don’t bother – arrogant stylists who care more about going home than taking care of loyal customers. I’ve used SportClips in Illinois, New Jersey and in Massachusetts- it all depends on the franchise owner and the person who owns the metro west locations has no idea about how to train people and give customer service in a true service business. Took my 4 year old son to get a hair cut. The staff were great. Very friendly and did great with my son. If I was rating the staff alone I would give 5 stars. But the cost for a kids trim was way too high. Nearly double my local barber and more than competitors across the street.If the cost was lower I would return. But can’t come back at that price.

Just finished my hair cut with Ally. The wait is truly never long and the atmosphere is invigorating. From a cultural standpoint within their internal team, it is obvious the environment is friendly and welcoming. The moment you walk in, throughout the haircut, and the MVP portion you will be happy all around. Most places have inconsistency when it comes to staff with high turnover rates for stylist. At Sport Clips, the staff has been consistent and seems very pleased with how they are respected and treated. Very happy I found this place and my one direct recommendation (outside of Ally having a great personality and really enjoyable all around), get the MVP (shampoo, scalp massage, hot towel)….Seriously, it’s undersold by cost and i would get it daily if I lived closer!

I’m a nerd but their software that remembers my last hair cut is pretty awesome since I get one every 6months hell I forget what I got. The hair dressers are always great and are nice to talk with. The vip treatment is pretty awesome and I have succumbed to getting it because you can’t beat not having to wash your hair when you get home. And tea tree oil and a warm towel on your face…..priceless(not really please don’t up the cost lol)
