I went to have my bangs thinned out with thinning shears and she cut way to close to my scalp so now there are short pieces that stick out all throughout my bangs I called politely despite how upset I was to ask for a refund and she said that’s how thinning shears work and hung up on me. Any stylist should no that you thin hair out at the ends and if you cut to close to scalp the hair will stick up

This place is terrible. I asked for 2 inches off my sides and back. And she gave me a complete bowel or Bob hair cut. It didn’t make ky patr ents too happy either. I was so mad I just went the sportsman barber and ignored her calls.
