I really love this place! The masseuse I’ve gone to is so kind and really great. The receptionist is always really nice as well. I can’t afford massages too often but really enjoy coming here when/if I can. It’s a really calming, soothing environment and has been a wonderful experience both times. Shannon is the masseuse I love there! She’s been absolutely wonderful!!

I really enjoy the ambiance at Hand and Stone. They always really make one feel welcome. It is nice relaxing with subtle lighting, soft music and wonderful heated beds. Shout-outs to Dre for the massage and Carol for the facial. Carol was very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips and recommendations for my face regimen. She really took care of me and I was so very relaxed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great massage and/or facial.

Normally won’t vent on companies because they are blankly doing their job however I got the gift card that covered two massages or a massage/facial. The first time I went the massage was awful left me sore and bruised. Didn’t want to go back but I had one more massage to use. So I went back to get another massage with an add on cbd oil. The lady says it was 10 dollars for the add on so that’s all I would be paying plus the tip. Couple hours later I get a charge on my account for 30 dollars!! Confused I called and asked what happened since it was just a 10 dollar add on. They explained that since I’m a non member it’s 30 dollars for an add on. Would definitely like to know the correct prices before as well as not just charging my card out of the blue. Definitely wasted my money and the lack of communication was disappointing. Also shocking that they had my card on file since I only put my gift card on file to book the appointment. So I wonder if they saved my card information when I gave the tip. Super Shady.

I am giving this location a 4 star review. I had gone in a few weeks ago for a massage and facial, both services I had been given were wonderful! I was satisfied with both of my providers. However, when I left the front desk associate was extremely rude. I originally gave this location a 1 star review because of her and our interaction– she completely ruined the entire experience. Hand & Stone have since remedied the situation, reached out to my husband and I, and apologized for her behavior and took ownership for their employee’s actions. I was impressed with everything at this location other than their employee whom they’ve since relieved. I am thankful to know they do not tolerate that kind of behavior from their employees.
