Excellent service. Felt welcomed even when opening the door. Great choice for both me and my daughter. Before the stylists cut our hair they made sure they understood what we wanted. They were fast but detailed and careful. Oir stylists checked with us again when they were finished to ensure we got what we wanted. I will be returning and referring all my friends and family!!

Brought my 9 year old for a haircut. Checked in online. Skipped over even though we were next in line because the lady working counter didn’t check us in. My son was charged for adult haircut, kids are 10 & under. When corrected the lady said he doesn’t look 9. Go to the Great Clips in Frankfort. Professional and courteous. Don’t usually go to One in Mokena but had shorter wait.

Got my hair cut here yesterday from one of the workers, she was a nice girl but did a horrible job cutting my hair. I had a pretty simple hair cut, a fade with some length on the top and she butchered it. Now I have to go home and attempt to fix it myself, i wouldn’t waste my time going here. $20 down the drain, I probably wouldn’t go back.
