I have been going to Bernadette for years, all sorts of perms, colors, cuts and highlights. You can tell they love what they do. You feel so blessed in their salon. Mary also does a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

The lady that did my hair damaged it so bad that my scalp is badly burned and she didn’t just burn the tips by my scalp and my hair is like rubber bands because she left it on so long and I wanted a wave she put a regular perm. The level of sadness and disappointment is undesirable I don’t recommend anyone go here!!!!! I have to have a friend come in from out of town to try and help me get it to a presentable look. My house smells like burnt hair and on top of all of that she charged me $125! It took me 8 years grow out my hair. Just so she can damage it in less than 2hours. DON’T GO HERE!!!

Critical: QualityWent in as a walk in. Asked for layers, she gladly said yes she can cut my hair. Went to wash my hair, everything was going well until she sat me in the chair and VIGOROUSLY BRUSHED MY WET HAIR. No leave in conditioner, just straight up brushed my hair with a paddle brush on my WET, FRAGILE HAIR. Then proceeded to cut my hair quick and fast. I wasn’t looking but in the mirror I saw that she used thinning scissors on my fine straight hair. It was too late to say stop, and proceeded to say “This will give you so much volume and texture.” I am now left with thin, thin thin hair!!! I am so sad. My hair is very fine and she did a lazy job at cutting. Now I am left with no volume and the thickness of my hair is unfortunately gone. I am never going back here again.
