Awesome experience! Great location conveniently located to anywhere in OC, Berlin or Ocean Pines. Very thorough. Had to soak off gel nails. Took longer but turned out wonderfully. Asked all the specifics to get the new gel to look exactly like I wanted. Even color matched my existing pedicure polish color almost perfect. And I like this pink better. Will definitely return!

I’d give zero stars if I could. The tech doing my fiancée’s nails this morning *one week* after she got engaged told her that marriage is a trap and to enjoy her life instead. Are you kidding me? You have one job—to make my fiancée feel beautiful and excited to get married in six months. It’s NOT to project your personal insecurities on her. This is a service job, and any business that does not immediately fire her does not deserve to be patronized. I’m sure that if she’s brazen enough to say this then you’ll have no problem figuring out who it was.

Two of my dance teacher friends and I stopped in to treat ourselves to pedicures while on a beach trip with my dance studio’s competition team. We had such a great experience that we brought our whole senior dance team back with us a few days later and treated them to pedicures too! Somehow it ended up being first time pedicures for all of my dancers! But the staff was young and fun and made the whole experience casual and relaxing, even if the kids were a little unsure about getting pedicures to start. By the end everyone in the place was laughing and talking, having a great time, even the other customers who were total strangers to us. KK 2000’s had great knowledge on mail care, good advice on color choices, great prices, a very clean salon and stellar customer service. I highly recommend them!

I called ahead to see if they normally accept a walk in. The man answering the phone said yes so I asked if a walk in would be accepted all day today. The response on received was “honey a walk in means you walk in”. I am not normally phased by a lot but considering i would be a first time customer calling me honey and being rude for a simple question made my decision not to go.
