This place is honestly awful. I was so excited to get a mani/pedi, eyelash extensions, and my hair done. I set an appointment with the manager, Ms. Robin, she said they would let me know if they will confirm my appointment. 2 weeks passed and I heard nothing, so I decided to call again. They said they weren’t sure if the workers wanted to show up to work and do my nails and eyelashes, so I was stuck last minute looking for new places to get things done.

Clearly doesn’t want my business. Waited 2 hours for a response on whether they could do perms. Was told that only ‘Robin’ could do. Called 3 different times throughout week and they kept saying that she wasn’t there. Asked if she could call me when she was in.
