Posting on my husbands account but he called for last minute booking for me knowing nothing about this place, and they got me in right away!! It was very quiet and wholesome, I enjoyed the deluxe gel pedicure was so comforting while simultaneously getting a gel manicure. Nail polish was crisp and fresh, beautiful bright coloring and lotions smelled wonderful. Staff was respectful, kind, and pricing was very very reasonable. I loved the atmosphere here and wish I wasn’t just visiting Tucson so I could periodically go back. Highly recommend orchid nails for your spa needs.

This salon was HIGHLY recommended to me and I left HIGHLY disappointed. The $60 pedicure was the worst and I’ll never return. The guy barely touched my legs to massage and let’s not talk about the way he cut and filed my toe nails (crooked) and so much for cleaning up my cuticle area. Smh. Also, I informed the manager TWICE that I wanted a manicure as well. Do you think she gave me one?!? I guess I wasn’t good enough. Also FYI, NEVER get paraffin as it is reused. They just heat it up and use again on each customer. Talk about unsanitary. It’s every salon that uses paraffin wax. Still on the hunt for a good nail salon in Tucson that specializes in healthy natural nails. Sigh…

This was the worst nail salon I’ve been to. They would not give our young daughters the full pedicure treatment, why is our money not good enough. We got them polish for their feet and hands instead, bummer because it was one of their birthdays and she chose to go for her birthday had her own money and everything.

The worst service I have ever had!! I came here in a bind because my usual place was busy, and boy do I REGRET it!! I should have walked away when, 5 minutes after my appointment, the technician was on her phone scrolling through social media. Then I noticed that one of my nails was crooked! She ripped off my nail to replace it and it was still crooked! She said it is because my mail is crooked. Strange, because it wasn’t crooked when I walked in! Then she said I was all set and left all kinds of gunk under my nails!! That is horrible!! Polish all over the underside of my nails. It looks very messy like a child did them! This place is a NEVER AGAIN from me!!

Worst ped ever! She made my toes bleed by cutting my cuticle back to short! The French pedi only lasted through the day and chipped off! Never ever has this happened before! I get peds all the time. Really disappointed not quality work for 40.00 too! Now I’m gonna have to go back and get a redone. I have never had such shoddy work done before my pedicures usually last for a month never will I come back to this place again!

I’ve never had a bad experience with them they always treat us great and they are reasonably priced. They have never told me they cannot do something with my nails and toes. Sat down for my pedicure & he still had the dirty towel there with nail clippings on it from the previous person & when I asked him to get a clean one , he brought back a ratty rag to use. No. Thank.
