Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityPLEASE READ MY ENTIRE POST!!The room was very cold and the lotion she used felt like was in a refrigerator. I asked to turn on the heat, she turned on for 5 minutes and turned off again before the room was warm.Picked up her phone 3 times and spoke to customers and got out to handle other customers twice during 1 hour massage.At the end, she asked for tips. I said I am very unsatisfied about the service and not paying you more than the hourly rate.She got very upset, first she said never come here again, then she went to the front desk and waiting for me to come while holding some trash on her hand and some salt from a bucket on the lobby. She told me “get out of here”When I realized that she might throw that thing at me, I turned my camera on and told her I’m filming you then she stopped. Critical: QualityI’ve visited this place a couple of times, each time I left disappointed. The massage skills leave much to be desired. I highly doubt that any of them have been even remotely trained in massage. Then they want a big tip at the end for doing very little. I dont think I’ll visit this place again.
