I signed up for a all inclusive bed and sunless tanning that is not what I received. They gave me sunless tanning only. And want to charge me extra because of there error. I have asked for help fixing my account and no response. So I will be canceling my membership and looking very pasty on my wedding day this Saturday and staff needs to be alittle more understanding . Just paid $30 for the second time to go tanning and one of their higher level beds did not sweat not one drop of sweat meaning I was not hot enough. I even was in a facial bed. When I came out of the tanning I asked the lady at the front desk when they will be getting new bulbs just to see what she would say and she admitted to the bulbs not even being changed in a while. Which to me is horrible business if I’m willing to come in here and pay 30 dollars every time to tan then I should have some half way decent bulbs. I am not impressed at all

The manager, Candice Phillips was very misleading about what a contract with the salon entailed. She directed me to call the salon and cancel the membership. When I called to do so she said I could only do so in person. If I had known I had to cancel in person I would have not signed up as I live quite far from the salon. When I tried to argue my point she became short, rude, raised her voice, then laughed at me. This was very upsetting especially because she seemed so nice when I signed up for the package. I’ve worked in customer service for 15 years and have managed myself. I can’t believe this is how a patron is treated especially by the manager. I’ve emailed the district manager and I would be happy to edit my review if this issue is taken care of properly.

Nice place to tan, but they have advertising for the red light booth and don’t offer it there. Even included a visit in my membership but I couldn’t use it since they don’t have one Midnite Sun used to be open til midnight or 11 too when I first started going. That was nice for people with my work schedule. Now they a close at 9 or before.

This salon is great. The staff is wonderful, bed are nice and clean. Though I really wish they would all go back to The Bronz tanning bulbs, the Brilliance bulbs in there now are terrible.
