Tyler and everyone at Halo were incredible! I came in for a consultation not entirely sure what I was looking for, but Tyler was so thorough/informative and helped me figure out a plan of action. I’m super happy with how my hair turned out. It’s healthy, shiny, and Tyler gave me perfect layers/length. If you’re not super familiar with hair coloring services, I’d recommend Tyler to help you achieve your hair goals.

I recently attended the 247th USMC ball and needed a formal up-do style for my hair. Tyler at Halo Hair Care Studio was recommended, and my hair looked amazing. Even after a few hours of dancing the curls held and looked perfect. I was beyond satisfied with my experience. Everyone was so nice and courteous, and I was so impressed with Tyler’s creativity. I would recommend this business for any service needed!

Only place I let cut my hair I love the people here their all so sweet and hard working and it’s super clean here like I said it’s the only place I love getting my hair cut at! An I adore Amber and AK is amazing to they both are and the rest of the pplz are great to I let anyone cut my hair here that’s there if I cannot get Amber or AK I recommend this place highly to anyone!

Sought the salon specifically for extensions, in which I already have by a certified IBE master stylist. Unfortunately, my stylist raised her prices ($200 for 1 row) so I stumbled across this salon with a newly certified IBE stylist with a base level thinking it would be less expensive. She still requested a consult despite having the very same extensions & method and I live an hour away. I was quoted $150/row and scheduled the following week. The stylist walked me to the front desk and between me, the stylist and the receptionist throwing out a bunch of different dates/times – settled on 3p the following week (adding to my iPhone at that moment). I did not receive any confirmation texts or calls and walked in 15 mins early for my scheduled appointment and was told that I my appointment was at 2p and I am unable to have the service completed as she had another appointment at 4:30….. and normally would have been charged $180 (thought it was $150?!) but there was a miscommunication. Additionally, she checked my phone number in the system and discovered I was checked “opted out”. So, I’m out 2 hours of driving and a half tank of gas… but just know – your card is required for an appointment and can be billed whether there is a misunderstanding or not.

Unreliable is the word that comes to mind when I write this review. I have been using Halo for 2 years and have given endless chances for them to redeem themselves, but it’s nothing but let downs. They have wonderful stylist, so you will leave with beautiful hair. However, I’ve been left waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time more than once. My hairdresser was always booked so there was a 50/50 chance I would have to get my hair done by another hairdresser. That same hairdresser relocated without telling her clients. I then decided to use another hairdresser there only to find out 2 days before my appointment that she has left the salon too. There is a sign in the waiting area that says they will charge you for no shows, but they don’t take your time seriously.

I tried calling Halo salon and schedule an appointment after their normal work hours, received a phone call the next day from their receptionist. My stylist was Sam, whom I highly recommend, but all of the stylists’ work looked beautiful when I was in there.
