Critical: ProfessionalismWorst “manicure” I ever had. Nails chipped and broke within days. The owner did NOTHING but quickly file them and polish them, although there was already a visibly broken nail. I pointed this out to her before she started painting. She grunted and continued painting in a gruff manner.There was no attention to cuticles, no hand soak, no lotion, no pampering or care whatsoever.However, worst of all, is her attitude. Do not go in there using a GROUPON! All she does is complain how she can’t make money this way and although the site allows you to purchase numerous appointments, she simply won’t honor them. Makes it extremely difficult to find slots for you. And conveniently finds excuses to tack on additional charges. It’s an additional $5 to remove old nail polish btw, so come in bare.She is rude, uncultivated, and runs a generally tacky operation.When I questioned WHY she offered Groupons and then so openly rejected them, she turned her back abruptly and walked away. No goodbye. No thanks, come again!I reported the entire debacle to Groupon and got a refund.Any and everywhere else I’ve ever been is so much better.
