Licensed Massage Practitioner, Certified Yoga Teacher Sylvie has an innate curiosity about the human body and the spirit body. She graduated from the 640 hour massage therapy program at Integrative Bodywork School of Massage in State College, Pennsylvania in March 2019. While there, she got to work with members of the public, athletes from Penn State University and Olympic-level wrestlers, and she was able to get some first hand experience with therapeutic massage for injury rehabilitation.
