My son’s stylist was very nice but what I’m guesting was the manager was not the most pleasant. Despite only having three people in the salon she asked me to wait up front while my young son was getting his haircut. Kind of annoying. I won’t be coming back for that reason. 11/13

Total incompetence! Took my son in to get a haircut. Showed the woman (named Suze) a PICTURE and she STILL didn’t do what my son wanted. She claimed she misunderstood. I asked her how could she misunderstand a PICTURE and all she kept repeating like a parrot was “sorry, it was a misunderstanding.” And of course the manager was conveniently not working the day I went in, so there was no one there to speak with about the situation. So not only did we have to pay for a service we didn’t order or want, there was no one there rectify the problem. And the stylist Suze was completely inept! Please…save your time and your money and don’t bother going to this place!
