I decided to keep my appointment and get a tattoo for my dad. I was rescheduled with Darl, who was super friendly from the beginning. He did a wonderful job. My best friend and I were supposed to get our best friend tattoos, but she had to reschedule. I decided to keep my appointment and get a tattoo for my dad. I was rescheduled with Darl, who was super friendly from the beginning. He did a wonderful job. He even touched up an old tattoo of mine that was fading, just because he noticed. It’s clean and the atmosphere is friendly. It was my first experience there, and I’ll be back in a few weeks!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAudra did a tattoo for me in November 2021. It has blowout and she will not respond to email or a phone message. I actually went there hoping to speak with Audra but she wasn’t in and Destini had the nerve to say this isn’t blowout. Destini, just an FYI, blowout is when ink is injected beyond the top layer of the skin and it seeps into the subcutaneous tissue. Blowout doesn’t necessarily show up immediately however; I saw it when I removed the saniderm. I didn’t recognize it immediately because it looks very much like bruising. To the owners of The Shop, the artists that work there are a reflection of your shop and when they have poor customer service skills, it reflects poorly on you.
