I have been massage therapist for 21 years and I use an integrated style of massage that has a strong Swedish and deep tissue foundation. Other areas I have trained are lymphatic stimulation, crainosacral therapy, reflexology, and myoskeletal alignment, shiatzu, and nueromuscular. Each massage I do is different because my focus is to meet your whole being and where you are at that moment. I am here an vacation for the week and on the second day I woke up and couldn’t move my head without excruciating pain. I decided to try a massage but my neck hurt so bad I wasn’t sure I could even tolerate it. Heather did an amazing job! She found the source of the pain was in my pecs, I didn’t even know that was a thing! After the massage, I could move my head and the pain was tolerable! Hopefully I can get a second massage tomorrow . Her prices are the best I’ve seen and after the massage, she is worth double the cost I paid!
