Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could give this place a zero-star review, I would. Not only, was this the most expensive hair cut I have ever paid for, but it was also the most atrocious. The barber was “afraid to cut my hair” I kept having to remind him to go lower on the blow-out. The tape was done very poorly, the blow out wasn’t faded properly, and the beard trim was crooked. I didn’t actually cut my hair I was just there for a blow-out and the barber failed miserably. I was in a hurry after the barber had ta ken 25 minutes on the back part of the blowout. Total time of almost an hour for just a blow out and a tape (no actual hair cut.) so I gave them the ridiculous price he asked of $35 for a blow out and walked out furiously. I had felt robbed not only of money, but of time and dignity. I can’t look at myself in the mirror without feeling disappointed in myself for doing business with them.Prior to this review I had called the owner of the Barber shop. They are not open on Monday, but we spoke on the phone for about ten minutes about how poorly his barber performed a simple blow-out. I had told him if he can set something up to fix my cut I would not be leaving this horrible review. But here I am, I will make sure others are aware of my experience because as a small business owner I make sure my number 1 priority is the happiness of my clients. The owner very kinda told me to pay another $35 dollars to fix the mess that his barber made in the first place! Not to mention there is no air compressor in this barbershop, they blow hair with a “hot blow dryer” so be prepared to leave out of there feeling like a hairy-sweaty Sasquatch, unless you want your skin to burn from the hot air.Service: Beard trimIf I could give this place a zero-star review, I would.
