Critical: Quality, ValueCame recently to get my hangover iv and was disappointed . Very negligent attitude! 1000 ml supposed to be from 45-60 min to get into to your body. So they kept me just for 20 minutes ! And let me go. Which is means they put me on a Iv with a super fast speed(not good for you). I guess because they had to close a room at 3:00 pm and just wanted to get rid of me quick and finish the day. Didn’t offer a free B12 shot for a new patient , no water . Came recently to get my hangover iv and was disappointed . Very negligent attitude! 1000 ml supposed to be from 45-60 min to get into to your body. So they kept me just for 20 minutes ! Little things like not being offered water is disappointing for a premium service. I was also shocked when another patient walked in who had forgotten their mask and the front desk charged him $4 for a cheap forty cent disposable. I think it’s repugnant for a clinic to be profiting off masks to that extent when patients are coming in for expensive treatments. This place is extremely helpful when you’re sick. I’ve come a number of times when I’ve had a cold, hangover, food poisoning/stomach bug and it is an instant relief. So glad to have one close by – plus the ability to book through ClassPass has made it more affordable which is awesome
