Classic Elegance Hair Salon

Critical: QualityI was a first time client and I was so happy to be trying a higher end salon. I had highlights and lowlights and a root touch up done by a stylist that I will not name. When it was done I thought it looked great. It was curled beautifully. Within a couple of hours, it was obvious that the highlights were uneven and really poorly executed. In the light outside I could really see several issues. Please see the pictures and form your own opinion. I had to go to a different salon to get the highlights redone because of scheduling and work obligations. This was a Saturday and they weren’t open again until Tuesday. I called first thing on Tuesday morning and was told to send an email to the manager with the photos. I did that and requested a refund. The manager emailed me back and said they don’t do refunds. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have been going to this salon for nearly 11 years. I have been nothing but pleased. Kris is truly a professional. The salon is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I’ve loved the experience, so much, that both of my adult sons and my mother have become regular customers. I have been going to this salon for nearly 11 years. I have been nothing but pleased. Kris is truly a professional. The salon is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable. Everyone makes you feel welcome. I’ve loved the experience, so much, that both of my adult sons and my mother have become regular customers. I will be a customer for life.

They are very professional, have a wide knowledge base, and leave you walking out of there feeling fresh and ready to show off your new look! Besides the great cut and color, one thing that really stuck out was the hair washing and head massage. It was much more of an experience than I have received at other establishments. They are very professional, have a wide knowledge base, and leave you walking out of there feeling fresh and ready to show off your new look!
