We are very lucky to have Sassy Nails in Union, KY. The Nguyen Family always goes above and beyond. Nancy, Jeff and Paul are extremely friendly, they do excellent work and personally, I always feel so good when I leave there. Today, my two granddaughters had their nails done at Sassy while visiting from North Carolina. My girls were treated with care and respect. They are extremely happy and pleased with their beautiful nails. Thank you Jeff!

Staff was not the friendliest and most welcoming. They made it clear that if you don’t have an appointment you’re not a priority. I sat and waited for someone to just greet me. Then when I got my nails done for gel they put very thin coat on you could see through my nails. They’ve already started chipping and it’s been a week. I did like the iPad payment but I didn’t like how they told you how much to tip. Very cute salon but definitely need to work on customer service.

Love going to Sassy Nails. These folks are friendly and very good at what they do. I always feel like it’s clean and safe. I don’t always get who I ask for but all them do a great job! When I’ve tried other places, I’m never as happy or satisfied with the end result.

Had to leave before service was completed because it was just moving too slowly (maybe because the tech kept stopping to talk to the girls next to her, which I don’t appreciate been I am paying for a service.) I had another appointment I needed to get to and tried my best to explain upfront, but not sure she understood me. Sat with my feet soaking for over 20 minutes in the whirlpool before the pedicure even started. I insisted I pay the full amount and I tipped her (my choice because I did stop her to make my hair appointment.) Not sure I would go back. Didn’t seem like customer service was a high priority. Was also concerned about the use of tools that didn’t appear to be sanitized. She moved her tools with her from the prior client. Guy at the desk said I could come back to finish, but I had to be at a wedding at 5. I will just stick with Woodhouse in the future.
