I’m a lash tech, who’s constantly complaining about back pain. When I tell you the moment I laid on the massage table, John massaged my problem areas I got up feeling immaculate!! I was going to give this place a try but reading the responses from the owner to someone that stated not all products are vegan. The owners response was very insensitive as if one can not have an opinion on you guys services. I mean my god, where is the professionalism? I saw one review where a lady left a more positive comment and the owner responded “Thank You”. But at the end of the negative comments the owner would say, “but thanks for the patronage though!”….that alone told me how unappreciative the owner is. Smh! So I won’t be going here, the disrespect speaks enough for this business. No thanks!

Critical: QualityI was taking a while to write this review because the people there are very sweet and seem to provide excellent customer service. Destiny is very sweet but she is very new. She took over 2 hours to wax my legs, tummy and underarms. However, there was still hair on my legs. I first told her and she waxed a bit more but there was still quite a bit of hair (and my hair was more than long enough). She did soft waxing on my legs and the wax would stick to my skin when she pulled because the wax wasn’t hot enough. I was suppose to get a Brazilian but I was so hungry and I would rather someone with more experience to wax that part of my body. She exfloitated my underarms which is a service they don’t provide but did because I asked so I appreciate that.
