I would have loved to get a massage from the Hamilton Massage Therapy, but it was not possible. Indeed, after calling three times and even going to the place in order to book an appointement, I was told by Jackie Sehn that I hadn’t call the right number (not true). After insisting that I did, she acknowledged that I called but that she was too busy doing massages to reply. I hope the next customer will be luckier with the com services of the place!

I absolutely love Hamilton Massage Therapy. Everyone is professional, kind, and thoughtful. Each time I visit (which is about 3 to 4 times a year), the space is always so serene, private, and welcoming. I see the same therapist each time, and she keeps a record of any problem areas we’ve discussed in the past as well as what I want to work on for my current appointment. The rooms are beautifully maintained, there is peaceful music playing when I enter, and the entire massage experience is catered to my needs. I also love being able to schedule online through Schedulicity- makes the whole process a breeze whenever I need to get an appointment in quickly. So glad to have such a quality establishment in our small town!

There system let me book with someone that was out and then the person who messaged me about it was very rude. On top of that the system also let me book a massage they’re even doing anymore and the person who messaged me about the whole thing was extremely rude about that as well.
