Positive: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis was my first time at Lynn’s and I had Brittney. She is nice and is very detail oriented. I could tell she takes pride in her work, and she asked several times if she was doing what I had in mind (I brought in a picture for her to go by). I liked the friendly atmosphere, as customers and staff chatted together and across the room. I was thinking they must be regulars, as the staff were very familiar with them. This was my first time at Lynn’s and I had Brittney. She is nice and is very detail oriented. I could tell she takes pride in her work, and she asked several times if she was doing what I had in mind (I brought in a picture for her to go by). I liked the friendly atmosphere, as customers and staff chatted together and across the room. I was thinking they must be regulars, as the staff were very familiar with them. I was a first time customer and instead of paying more attention and time they had me done pretty quickly. I did not complain at all. I understand that I was getting my pedicure done first time after a long 3 years but the tech kept looking at other techs and did not give the time I deserved for the money I paid. I went in to Lynn’s nails and had never been there before. To get my nails done for my wedding. I explained over the phone when I made the appointment that they were my bridal nails! I arrived at my appointment on time and they gave me a young lady who was still in nail school to do my bridal nails! Smh! Of course I didn’t realize that till she was over halfway through the process. I sat there for 3 hours and still was not happy with my nails when I was done. But didn’t want to make a big deal out of it . I called and let them know I wasn’t happy and they told me I could come back but I had already been there for 3 hours the previous day and spent 95$ + tip and it was the week before my wedding so I had no spare time or paitence to go back. I just felt like they didn’t care the girl who did my nails was really nice but I felt like I wasn’t taken care of. I feel like someone with more experience should have been doing my nails because I emphasized the fact that they were so important to look flawless for my wedding.I’m sure they won’t care but I will not be back!

I came here a few months back to get my nails done for my wedding. I came because the reviews were so good, and honestly everyone working was super nice. I was just incredibly disappointed. My mum has Roba and my sister had another one of the girls, but I had Roba’s husband (Freddy, I believe) and just had a really poor experience getting my nails done. It was my first time getting my nails done professionally with acrylic. He wasn’t very conscientious with the nail buffer. He kept getting the skin below my nail bed but every time I said “that hurts” he said “sorry, but I have to get the bottom of your nails.” After the whole process was done I had cuts under all my nails. My skin was raw and tender and this was three days before my wedding. The nail work itself looked very nice, but the pain wasn’t worth it. When I went to get them taken off (I live out of state) it took the girl nearly an hour and she still couldn’t get everything off. She was visibly annoyed and actually gave up. Like I said, everyone was really nice and it’s unfortunate that I had a poor experience with how it was done.
