Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had white gel polish on my nails. An older woman soaked my feet in the pedicure water and proceeded to use the cuticle trimmer to peel the gel polish of this destroying the toe nail bed. I could see all the ridges and dents left on the nail bed through the white polish. She should have used acetone instead. The polish job that was done by a younger woman was sloppily done. She also tried to convince me that peeling it off is what they normally do. I find that very hard to believe. Nevertheless, I won’t be back and I do not recommend this place. I had white gel polish on my nails. An older woman soaked my feet in the pedicure water and proceeded to use the cuticle trimmer to peel the gel polish of this destroying the toe nail bed. My nail tech didn’t talk to me at all, and neither of us were sat I sfoed with the end result. But to top it all off when we went to pay she declined our debit cards and asked for us to venmo/zelle a random number she wrote down. Okay so me and my cousin went here to get our nails done and my cousin had to wait in between a lady that kept answering phone calls and just getting up to grab papers.
