I saw this place on Groupon and found the number for the business on Google. Vy was quick to answer and request text messaging instead. I thought this was a little odd at first but this is a hard working women running this business by herself so she is always working. She requests to not purchase deal on Groupon site but instead she’ll discount it at the studio. She did offer the Groupon deal and wrote me a gc on top of giving me another discount. She booked my appointment and when I wanted to change it to an earlier time she quickly replied and moved my appointment up for me. This was my first time getting waxed (Brazilian, arm pits & legs) . She made me feel so comfortable, it was a relief. She waxes small sections and alternates areas to keep the pain to a minimum. Her wax was perfect temp (no burns). She was very nice, professional and thorough. Her price are half the cost of most places . I’m definitely going to come back ! Happy customer! Thanks Vy!

Extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your money on this place. I purchased 3 shellac services on groupon and am currently in the process of getting a refund. Called this place FOUR times and no one answered. I even left a text, still nothing. I found a different number on Yelp and when I called , was sent to voicemail. I was sent a text, requesting I correspond, through text instead. So, I did and told the sender/ owner (I’m assuming), how I wanted an appointment and was never sent a text back!! I figured I’d go to the location and talk to a manager and when I got there the place was locked up. Even though they were supposed to be open according to the business hours posted!! Mon- Saturday 9am- 7pm. This place is a joke. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This place needs to be pulled off groupon effective immediately for wasting people’s time and money.
