I used to really like this place but when I went today it was a bad experience. My nail tech didn’t use any acetone or gel removal and used the nail file to completely remove my old gel polish which ruined my nails 🙁 in addition, when she was painting my nails she was very messy and didn’t allow for the UV to fully dry the polish before staring a second coat and had messed up a few times without fixing it. What should have been a 30-40 min session was done in 15 mins, very carelessly and I’m left with damaged nails with lumpy polish. Really unfortunate and won’t be going back.

The service was impeccable and the salon was very nice. I loved the hot towel at the end of the service and shoulder massage especially. While I’m only in town visiting I was recommended the salon and would do the same for anyone in Westfield.

I had a wonderful spa pedicure today. First let me say, what a beautiful salon, with friendly staff. My pedicurist listened to my preferences and was very kind, thoughtful and gave the BEST pedicure. I am so glad I tried a new salon. This is my new nail salon!!

Always a professional, clean and more quiet space than many other salons that I’ve visited. They do not rush you but are very efficient. Gel manicure comes with gloves and the light isn’t too harsh on the hands- nice touches.
