Really mixed experience, the lady didn’t bother to clean up my face (hairs everywhere) afterwards and it looks a bit uneven. I would recommend going somewhere else

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHORRIBLE DO NOT COME HEREThe lady who works here will argue with you after she messes up your eyebrows like other people have said. It is a HUGE MISTAKE to come here. Trust me you will leave crying but she does not care at all. Save your money and go somewhere else

Don’t go here , no sanitary. The girl was talking on the phone the whole time and not even paying attention. She messed up my left eyebrow and cut the front part too much and it looks bad! Eyebrow threading

I got my face and eye brows done there today. The girl did it very quickly. I got home and found that she missed a lot of my facial hair and brows.

I always find that it’s scary finding someone to do your eyebrows, especially after just moving. I found Krishna at the Tucson Mall and she is absolutely AMAZING! I will generally only allow her to do my eyebrows, unless its urgent!

I don’t know why I keep returning. After today there will be no returning. This is the 3rd bad experience in a matter of months. Krista RUINED my eye brows. I have my engagement photos in 3 days and idk what I’m going to do!!! I’m person I confronted her about them being uneven and VERY thin. She kept arguing that they were fine. I decided to take a look at home and what a nightmare !!!! I told her a CLEAN UP. She completely redesigned my eye brows. Not my natural shape. And my left was left with a high round arch. I haven’t stopped crying. This is the 2nd incident with her. Very rude. Idk why she is still employed. When I called her she didn’t even bother to apologize. And told me it wasn’t a big deal just to grow them out and she had to go because she was with a client. I am starting to believe she did this on purpose. DONT GO HERE.
