My mom and I went here for our pedicures. This was my first time but my mom had been there before and was happy with her nails. At first I thought it would be my new place to go but that quickly changed. It started when the lady was clipping my toenails, my big toe was so visibly slanted I asked her to correct it. She immediately started talking to the other lady as they both looked up at me then back at my feet. She didn’t correct out the first time I asked so I asked again. I had to fix it once I got home I chose my color which was a color changing polish. She polished my toes with two coats but after the last coat was applied she must’ve hit it because there was a line rubbed off of my toe. I mentioned it to her and she told me it’s the color changing polish. I began to get irritated because it wasn’t even the color it was supposed to change too so I told her no, it was messed up. There was polish on her gloves so I know she mistakenly hit it. At first she wasn’t gonna fix it but I guess she saw the look on my face. I know for sure they talked about me but who cares I was paying them my money. Needless to say I won’t be returning. Customer service sucks!!

I came to this salon last week, and I was very satisfied with their services. The staffs are very friendly. Simon did very excellent job on my nail set, and the lady who did my pedicure massaged my feet so well. I felt very relax when coming this salon. I definitely go back again.

Simon was my nail tech and did a perfect job on my nails. It was a little more pricey than the place I use to go to but worth every penny. I had the worst experience ever!!! They used a file ( that wasn’t sanitized or clean) they keep them in a breath mint tin!! Anyway that’s not the bad part! She started working on my nails and my nails started burning,! I pulled my hand away, she said, so! I said; pleases do a light file, don’t file so deep. She smiled and said ok.. well that didn’t happen. When I left there my nails hurt so bad. There was blood under just about ever nail. She filed so close that my nails was too thin to hold the nails on. I had to wait to my nails Heel before I could remove them. I could barely do anything without severe pain!!!!! And to top it off they kept looking and talking about….don’t know guess it was how poorly she filed my nail and the guy did a poor job too!! There was lint dirt, it was small hard grainy sand like and lumps and bumps. Will Not Be bad!!!!

They did a horrible job. The lady that was doing my nails cut my nails way too short, wasn’t making them the shape I had asked, and had acrylic all over my fingers. She even cut one of my fingers open with the file!!!! I had to make them stop what they were doing and had to go get my nails done else where. Highly do not recommend!
