Just had what was probably the best facial I have ever had, and I get facials quite often. You think your skin is fresh and clean, until Pam gets her hands on your face! I mean, INCREDIBLE!!! The ambiance when you enter the office is wonderful. Everything is calming- which is pleasant. I was checked in efficiently and swiftly, taken back to start he photo documenting process. In my experiences, anywhere that takes that much care of before, during and after photos, they care about their craft/profession. Jen was the office manager that got me started. Then, Rolanda was doing some photos and documenting of the process of my lips. My injection nurse Amber was very gentle and caring to make sure that the process was as painless as possible given the nature of the appointment. She made a conscious decision to change the needle, if she felt it was getting dull, because it will hurt less going into my lips. She also listened and adjusted what she would normally do because I do not live in the area and cannot return easily. Needless to say, the ladies have a repeat customer and I am excited to try more of the services available next time I am in town. Thanks so much ladies!

Karina fixed uneven filler I had placed by another practice. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! I knew she cared about her clients final results when she had me return in 2 weeks to touch up areas after the filler settled. She was also very responsive during the healing phase with a concern that I had. I couldn’t be happier with my results & will definitely be returning in the future!

Early this year, I got several hydrafacials from Eminence and overall, it was not a good experience. The treatments were extremely expensive and did absolutely nothing for my skin. I would not recommend coming here if you are a serious acne patient. Each esthetician I had treated me like I was naive, asking me insulting questions and implying that I do not take good care of my skin (I’m religious about taking care of it). The only positive was the kind receptionists and nice physical environment/decorating.

Truly the most incredible experience ever ! The utmost cleanest, most pristine and impeccable medical Spa I have ever been to. The staff and NP was so next level.
