The first time Chan highlighted, cut and styled my hair was in 2009. She did an amazing job and I received so many compliments. When she moved to San Diego I was heart broken. Recently I found out she moved to Fresno, so I made the 2 hour drive for highlights, cut and style. I’m definitely going back!
