My nurse, Kadina, made sure I knew everything that would had during my process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If you can take waxes, I would absolutely switch to this service. They both made me feel comfortable and talked with me during the service. The atmosphere is elegant and CLEAN. I was given a facial service for my birthday. The clear & brilliant facial did not do much for me. I’m told you must have repeat sessions. Thus, I will focus on hair removal for the moment. I HIGHLY recommend this business. The ladies at the center are wonderful. I liked how Zoe and Kadia were professional and kind and understood my issues. I did have problems in the beginning when I was exploring the site. The next day I got all sorts of calls and texts to market product. I did have a problem with marketing and the sales person Camilla as she was aggressive with product sales and then wouldn’t answer my questions or accommodate my request when needed. I get a lot of unnecessary repetitive texts and emails and the website is not user friendly. I had not gotten a call yet from anyone when I had some issues to resolve the customer service needs to improve on that. Overall it was pleasant at times frustrating experience.
