Called yesterday to make an appointment over the phone service was great once I arrived I was taken in and my nail tech (her name is MIMI) rushed my entire process from doing my simple dip powder gel no fake nail included she didnt file my nails correctly or at all then my toes were EVEN MORE RUSHED. she literally used 3 different polishes none of which I choose then when I paid one of my nails needed fixing and she turned around and mentioned “GEL” to her coworkers which I did not get ,so I took to offense I still paid my tech but I’ll be taking my recommendation and people elsewhere. They employees talk about the costumers here

Environment inside was bizarre. Employees rush their clients and do a poor job on their nails. Employees openly express how miserable they feel being there and make the clients feel like burdens. My nails came out very meh. Totally do not recommend this place.

The place is clean and the nail tech very friendly I had showed her a pic of how I wanted my nails she did a really good job making her best of my request and was explaining me what she was applying on my nails which I appreciate she added a sugar glitter on my nail and I did not like it but said what the heck Does not look bad well when I went home that sugar glitter was coming off and it was bulky in my nail I got it on my two index finger soo I decided to go back the next day and I was like expecting to pay for them to fix it omg the nail tech so sweet she removed the sugar glitter and added dust glitter sooo much better and look soo perfect just the way I requested she did not charge for fix they were super nice would definitely be going again and I totally recommend them great customer service and love the finish work on my nails

Critical: QualityI went in for a pedicure… I had a good experience in the past… as I diabetic I let them know ahead of time to please be gentle so they don’t cut me! This time I told her and lady was ROUGH, and cut me TWICE on the side of my foot trying to do a simple callus removal, and once on my big toe trying to cut my cuticles. I told her more than once she was hurting me! I left, and didn’t really feel pain but by next day it was sore and red. I am now nursing an infection on my diabetic feet thanks to her! I am so upset about coming to this place. I should have read the reviews before going, just as others have said the service was not good! The lady who did my nails was rude and aggressive. One of my acrylic nails broke not even 2 hours after getting them done. My pedicure was the worst pedicure I have ever encountered, not to mention my big toe is swollen and infected from a cut they gave me. I will NEVER go back.
